  • Are tables and chairs included in the rental of the barn?
    Yes. There will be 25 - 60inch round tables and chairs available for use in the barn. In all of our rental packages, we include custom floorplan and layout design(s) for your special event. Prior to your arrival, tables and chairs will be set up by our team.
  • Where will my fiance' and I get ready before our wedding?
    The Bride and Groom will each have full access to private and separate luxury-suites, which allow plenty of space for all members of your bridal party and loved ones to get ready, relax and enjoy your big day!
  • Can we have live music or a DJ?
    Yes, of course! Live music and/or DJs are allowed and welcomed in the barn. Upon entering the interior of the barn, there will be a mezzanine for indoor dancing or your entertainment can be set up on the climate-controlled patio for dancing under the stars.
  • Is the White Barn heated and cooled?
    Yes. The White Barn is heated and cooled and there is also an attached, climate-controlled patio overlooking the entire property.
  • Is alcohol allowed on the property?
    Alcohol is allowed on the property. There is also a built-in bar inside the barn with an access window for outdoor events, however, drinking and driving is strongly discouraged. The Padgett Place staff would be happy to arrange/assist in finding alternative transportation as needed.
  • Can you recommend any vendors?
    The Padgett Place staff is blessed to have connections with a variety of differnet vendors, from caterers to florists to photographers, to DJs and even live muscians. We would be happy to recommend vendors that would be best suited for your special event.
  • Will there be more than one wedding or event taking place at the same time?
    No. At Padgett Place we strive to create a unique and special experience for all of our clients. In order to make your event a success, we dedicate our full attention to you, your event and your guests so we can turn your dreams into a reality.
  • Do you operate year round?
    Yes. While some events and locations around the property lend themselves to certain seasons, Padgett Place is happy to host events year round throughout the entire property.
