We operate as a year-round venue, which means you're not limited to a narrow booking window. Our 6,800 sq ft barn comes fully heated and cooled, and the covered patio attached to the barn is climate-controlled as well. That setup gives you reliable comfort for your guests regardless of the calendar.
Indoor and Outdoor Ceremony Options Across Seasons
You'll have access to both indoor and outdoor ceremony sites when you book with us. The concrete aisleway outside leads to your choice of three arbors, and the gazebo sits by the water on our 10-acre lake. If you prefer an indoor ceremony, the barn can host that too. With 12 hours of access on your wedding day, you can plan your ceremony and reception flow based on what feels right for your celebration, not just the forecast.
Climate Control That Covers Your Reception
The barn's heating and cooling system covers the full 6,800 sq ft, which includes the main reception space and the indoor mezzanine where you can set up for dancing. The covered patio extends that climate control outdoors, so your cocktail hour or late-night dancing stays comfortable. We've seen couples use the patio for guests to step outside without losing that temperature-controlled environment. The built-in bar has an outdoor access window, so service flows smoothly whether guests are inside or on the patio.
Twelve Hours to Move Through Your Event
Your 12-hour access window lets you stage your day in a way that takes advantage of different spaces. Some couples start with an outdoor ceremony by the gazebo, then move guests to the covered patio for cocktails, and finish inside the barn for dinner and dancing. Others reverse that flow. The venue team onsite will help manage those transitions and handle detail work like flower arrangements and guest direction, so you're not coordinating movements yourself.
One Event at a Time, Every Season
We only host one wedding or event at a time. That means the entire 33-acre property, the 10-acre lake, the gazebo, the three arbors, the barn, and the patio are yours exclusively. You're not sharing the property or competing for photo locations. Whether you're booking a date in any part of the year, you'll have the same level of privacy and access to every space.
Tables, Chairs, and Setup Included
We provide 25 sixty-inch round tables and chairs with all rentals, and our staff handles the custom floorplan, setup, and takedown for both ceremony and reception. The warming kitchen supports your caterer's work, and the private vendor entrance and parking keep logistics out of your guests' way. Those pieces stay consistent no matter which season you choose.
Planning Support and Décor Flexibility
Our event planning and coordination support is available year-round. The full décor closet onsite gives you access to items you can customize for your vision, and our team can assist with installation and setup. You'll also have a private bridal suite with its own restroom and a private groom's room with outdoor leisure space. Four restrooms total, including a family and handicap accessible option, mean your guests are comfortable throughout the event.
