Our 6,800 square foot barn sits on a 33-acre property next to a 10-acre lake. That kind of space gives a large extended family room to breathe, spread out, and actually enjoy the day rather than feeling packed in. Every rental includes 25 sixty-inch round tables and chairs, with a custom floor plan designed and set up by our staff. You won't be arranging chairs the morning of the event.

Beyond the barn, the climate-controlled covered patio extends your usable space, and the gazebo by the water gives smaller groups a quieter spot to catch up away from the main crowd. Outdoor ceremony areas, a concrete aisleway, and three arbors scattered across the property mean there's always somewhere beautiful to wander.

On-Site Support So You Can Actually Be Present

One of the things families tell us they appreciate most is that our team is on-site throughout the event. We handle flower arrangements, guest direction, and any personal needs that come up during the day. Our goal is to make sure you're not the one running around solving problems when you should be taking photos with your grandmother.

We can also assist with decor installation and setup if you'd like to incorporate personal touches, and our extensive decor closet is available to all clients at no extra cost.

Logistics That Actually Work

Parking is always a concern when you're expecting a large group. Our paved lot accommodates guests comfortably, and a golf cart concierge helps shuttle anyone who needs assistance getting to the barn from the lot. Four restrooms are available on the property, including a designated family and handicap accessible restroom.

The warming kitchen on site means your caterer has a proper workspace, and the large bar room with a built-in kegerator, tap, and 500-pound ice machine handles beverage service without the improvised cooler situation. A private vendor entrance and parking keep the event day organized and out of the way of your guests arriving.

Twelve Hours to Use the Space Your Way

Every booking includes 12 full hours of access on the event day. That's enough time for families to arrive and settle in, run through activities, share a meal, and still have a slow, relaxed end to the evening without anyone watching the clock.

Our packages are fully customizable and built around your vision. We don't hand you a rigid template. If your family reunion needs a different layout, a specific flow, or any other accommodations, we work with you to design it.
