The barn itself is 6,800 square feet, heated and cooled, and sits on a 33-acre property next to a 10-acre lake. That size means your guests move comfortably, whether you have an intimate group or a full reception. The climate-controlled covered patio extends the usable space and works well for dancing, cocktails, or simply giving guests a change of scenery.

For ceremonies, you have real choices. The waterfront gazebo offers an outdoor setting by the lake. There's also a concrete aisleway for outdoor ceremonies and a choice of three arbors to frame your vows. The barn itself can be set for an indoor ceremony as well. Whatever direction you go, the layout is handled by our staff, including the setup and breakdown of the 25 sixty-inch round tables and chairs that come included with your rental.

There's a fully equipped warming kitchen for your caterer, a private vendor entrance with dedicated parking, and a paved lot with a golf cart concierge for guests.
