If your band needs a power adjustment or your DJ wants to shift speaker placement, we handle it so you stay focused on your guests.


Our warming kitchen sits just inside the barn, which means your caterer can prep and serve without long walks between the kitchen and the service area. The private vendor entrance keeps setup activity separate from your guest experience. When your photographer wants to capture dancing shots, the patio provides both shelter and natural light from the property views.


What's Included With Your Venue Booking


Every rental includes our 25 round tables and chairs, set according to your custom floorplan. We handle the hard setup and takedown for both ceremony and reception spaces. You'll also have access to our décor closet, which holds vases, linens, signage frames, and other design elements you can use to personalize the patio space.


The private bridal suite and groom's room give your wedding party comfortable areas to prepare before the reception begins. Four restrooms, including one designated for families and accessibility needs, serve your guests throughout the evening. Paved parking and our golf cart concierge make arrival and departure simple, even for guests in formal attire.


Photo Opportunities Beyond the Dance Floor


The patio overlooks our 33-acre property and the 10-acre lake. Between dance sets, couples often step outside for golden hour photos or nighttime portraits. The gazebo by the water and the large white barn both show up beautifully in background shots. Your photographer can move between the patio, barn interior, and outdoor ceremony sites without losing time to travel.
